Duties Include:

• Carpentry, drywall repair, minor plumbing and electrical tasks
• Safety enhancements such as grab bars and accessibility aids
• Independent fieldwork with quality craftsmanship and respect for seniors

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of handyman or construction experience
• Knowledge of hand and power tools
• Valid driver’s license and clean background
• Friendly, professional communication skills
• Physical ability to climb, kneel, and lift
