MBC works collaboratively with several municipalities to facilitate housing funding sources such as CDBG, HOME, SHIP and other local, state and national funds. These programs provide funding to help preserve, maintain and strengthen housing ecosystems by providing repairs that help make your home safe, stable, healthy, sustainable, and resilient.
What We Provide
Is your home in need of a new roof, attic insulation, impact windows and doors, Air Conditioning, plumbing, electrical, structural repairs, handicap accessibility and more? If so, you may qualify for assistance through the City or County Housing Rehabilitation programs.
Assistance is in the form of a deferred payment loan with 0% interest and no monthly payments. A waitlist may exist for this program. Funding is awarded to income-qualified individuals and families on a first-qualified, first-served basis.
