New Homes for Low-to-Moderate Income Families
Triple Bottom Line Home Building
Our work as an affordable housing developer delivers a triple bottom line whereby: 1) We eliminate blight, enhance the facade and increase taxable properties in emerging communities, 2) We provide “wealth-generating” affordable homes to low/moderate income families, and 3) We earn revenue that helps sustain or expand our community services to seniors, low/moderate families, small/minority and women-owned businesses and job seekers.
Affordable Homes with Lasting Impact
Minority Builders Coalition specializes in developing and constructing new single-family homes for low- to moderate-income families in historically underserved communities. Our current initiative includes the construction of four energy-efficient, modern homes in the Broward Municipal Services District (BMSD), providing families with not just a roof over their heads, but the opportunity to build equity, stability, and wealth for generations.
Each home features:
- 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and a 2-car garage
- Spacious floor plans of nearly 2,000 square feet
- Energy Star appliances and sustainable, LEED-aligned features
- Customized finishes buyers select
- Thoughtfully designed indoor/outdoor spaces to foster community and family living
Thanks to Broward County’s down payment assistance programs, qualifying buyers may receive up to $80,000 in financial support, making the dream of homeownership more accessible than ever.
