In an exciting initiative to support seniors and promote environmental sustainability, the Broward Water Partnership (BWP) teamed up with the Minority Builders Coalition to launch the Each Home Counts Water Savers Program. This program offers free installations of high-efficiency toilets to eligible senior citizens in Broward County, alongside a $125 Toilet Rebate Program.

The initiative aligns with BWP’s broader “Conservation Pays” program and the Minority Builders Coalition’s “Home Touch” initiative, which focuses on improving home safety and affordability for seniors. By upgrading to modern, water-saving fixtures, participants can enjoy reduced water bills and a smaller environmental footprint without incurring out-of-pocket expenses.

“We’re thrilled to collaborate on this program to assist seniors in conserving water and creating a sustainable future,” said Monica Pognon, Director of Broward County’s Natural Resources Division. Brian C. Johnson, CEO of the Minority Builders Coalition, emphasized the importance of providing affordable home repair solutions for seniors who face challenges in maintaining their residences.

How to Participate:
